GUEST: Sure, I have a background in product design and engineering, and I became interested in 3D printing a few years ago. GUEST: One of the main challenges is that 3D printing can be intimidating for people who are new to the technology. So, we spend a lot of time in the course on the basics of 3D printing software, hardware, and techniques. Another challenge is that the design principles and aesthetics of Mediterranean style are different from other styles, so we also focus on those in the course. GUEST: I think we're going to see more and more companies using 3D printing to create customized and sustainable home decor products. And, I think we'll also see more people starting their own businesses using 3D printing technology.
